I love these! They are such a classic shape with a great color. Plus, they zip up in the back!

Straratata Glitter Platform Sandals ($1,045 at Saks)

These shoes are insane! I love how the glitter is done tastefully so it doesn’t look like a 5 year old’s shoes. Even the heel has glitter! Ah these shoes are so amazing.

Studded Zipper Ballet Flats ($680 at Saks)

Wow. These ballet flats are so kick ass. they have studs AND the trim is a zipper detail! What a fabulous idea!

Freddy Studded Lace-Ups ($995 at Saks)

I foresee these shoes being a big hit, especially among the hipsters. These shoes leave me speechless. They are just beyond words amazing.

I love when the new Louboutins come out. It’s one of my favorite days, even if I cant afford any of the shoes. These are my favorites from the new Spring collection that just hit Saks.

Posts are going to be kind of short this week because I’m moving into my new apartment Thursday! Although I’m excited about moving, it’s not really the greatest thing for running a blog and going to school. More than half of my clothes and all of my shoes are in boxes. Actually, I need to go do some more packing now! xoxo emily

Harper’s Bazaar

I cannot wait until I get my December copy of Harper’s Bazaar in the mail! It’s got a huge spread on Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. So sad that the issue doesn’t come out until November 17th! I think this issue will definitely be kept and not desecrated by me ripping out pages. Yes, it’s true. I am somewhat of a Twilight fan. I may or may not have had a reminder on my phone to go out and buy the December issue of Vanity Fair today because RPattz is going to be on the cover… I’m not usually a Vanity Fair kind of person, but I will definitely let you guys know what I think after I finish reading it!

By the way, I am not loving that weird leather tassel skirt Kristen Stewart is wearing. I am dying for the Christian Louboutins, however. Plus, they put Robert Pattinson in a leather jacket. I feel like he should have been born wearing one of those.

The 2009 Teen Choice Awards was more like a fashion show than an awards show. My favorite of the night would have to be Ashley Tisdale. Who could resist those Christian Louboutins? The Very Prive Peep-Toe Pumps are to die for! Unfortunately these adorable shoes have a not so adorable price tag, retailing at $995 from Saks. Only Christian Louboutin could come up with shoes this awesome. Who were your favorites of the night?

Want a pair of Christian Louboutins without the hefty price tag? Well, now you can! Alloy has a fabulous pair of knock offs, and all that’s missing is the red sole. Sure, I’d love a real pair of Christian Louboutins, but in this economy, I’ll just have to settle for a look-a-like. Don’t despair, for $29.50, the Alloy pair is a more than fair substitution. In my opinion, these shoes are perfect for a fashionista of any age. The inside brand name is even done in cursive (don’t worry, Mr. Louboutin’s name is no where on these shoes). If you’re gonna buy a black or natural set of heels, why not buy ones that resemble really luxurious ones?

Marc by Marc Jacobs Ainslie Silk Cardigan and Confetti-Print Dress

So Marc Jacobs namesake line was a dud, but the line he showed one day later at Fashion Week was a winner. So it seems that the Marc by Marc Jacobs line is the way to go this year, even if it seems a little backwards. I am loving this outfit. This Ainslie Silk Cardigan and Confetti-Print Dress are just too cute, especially paired together! Such a great outfit to wear to work or even just to the park. Although I don’t know many people who would wear couture to a park. I am loving these super long cardigans. They are so flattering on any body type. The cardigan isn’t priced too bad (it’s silk and designer), priced at $198, and the dress is $348, both from Saks. And I have to throw it in there, these shoes are fabulous. I guess that’s kind of obvious, though, because they are Christian Louboutins. They are the Simple 100 Pumps for $595 from Saks. Talk about a pair of shoes that never go out of style. And for those of you who aren’t too familiar with Mr. Louboutin, his shoes were originally designed for dancers. Talk about a comfortable pair of super high heels!
