Acne is something that affects all of us at some point in our lives. The trouble is that everyone’s skin is different and one type of acne removal treatment may work for everyone. I think the most important thing we can do for our skin is to wash it in the morning when we get up and at night before we go to bed. In the morning we are starting with a clean slate and at night we are washing off all of the grime we get in the day. Think about your car driving on the highway. It gets dirty, right? I don’t care what type of skin you have- you always need to put moisturizer on after you wash your face and before you put on make up. Moisturizer helps keep that top layer supple so the dirt can get out and not cause blemishes. If you are doing those two things and find you are still having break outs then you need to actually start acne treatments.
