Behind the Scenes

On Saturday night I attended the Wonderland Fashion Show in San Francisco (post on the show coming tomorrow!). I have to say, it’s physically impossible for me to love blogging more than I already do. It’s the best job in the world!

This time I took along my intern/sister Christy. I’m really glad she liked it because I’ll definitely be dragging her along for more shows! She has a really nice DSLR camera too, so it was nice having her pictures on top of mine to choose from for tomorrow’s post!

Plus, that meant I actually got some photos of myself!

She ended up in the press cage and we had a bit of a camera war in between collections! I love how unamused the photographer to the left of her looks. He has an amazing job, he should be happy!

One of the great things about attending fashion shows is meeting the other attendees! This is James Courtney from Lives of Style TV.

wearing: ralph lauren italian cashmere sweater, bebe sequin tunic, lace scarf I made, kennedy skinny jeans– c/o of Vanity, chain studs handbag– c/o Vanity, and dome button booties– c/o Vanity.

This event was so much fun. I’m so glad I was invited! We drove in to San Francisco a little early and found an elusive street parking spot. We ended up down the street at Brickhouse Cafe for dinner. It was adorable! I love finding random local spots. They even had a happy hour and lunch menu on a Saturday! Proof that this restaurant was too cute? On the menu it says that the salmon is caught by the owner himself in Alaska! I am definitely going to have to revisit. It was a very fun trip. Look for my post tomorrow on the good stuff- the clothes of course!
