old navy wool peacoat, ‘make peace’ v-neck t-shirt from american eagle, candie’s faux leather leggings, and black converse.
I wore this to the Not So Silent Night, a concert hosted by a radio station in San Francisco. The concert was at the Oakland Oracle Arena. That arena is so gorgeous! I was impressed! The bands were Metric, Vampire Weekend, 30 Seconds to Mars, AFI, and… MUSE! All of the bands were amazing, well AFI’s Davey Havok kind of whispered the lyrics, but besides that it was a concert heaven. Oh Muse, you steal my heart. I mean, psh, no, I didn’t almost cry when they started playing my favorite song of all time, Supermassive Black Hole. No, not me. I’ve started a new tab at the top of the page called “Adventures” that has more personal/non fashion content. You’ll see more candid shots on there.
On to my outfit: I wanted to look like a rocker, so I put on my Candie’s faux leather leggings because they look like pants. Don’t judge, they are more pants than leggings. And would it really be concert outfit if I didn’t bust out my converse sneakers? That would be a negative. My lovely boyfriend, Matt, took these pictures for me after we got in the early AM from the concert. Thanks Matt! Let me tell you, it takes a lot of courage to take outfit pictures outside! I’ll slowly move from my apartment steps to more indiscreet locations.
Don’t forget to enter the giveaway here! I extended the contest until Wednesday December 16 at Noon PST because there were some technical difficulties with the comment box. Good Luck!
